Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. A full refund (less shipping) will be issued once product has been returned to the address below and received in original condition.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Please call 1 800 263 0267 or email custsupport@cygresearch.com. The subject line should read “CANCELATION”. Within the body of the email, please include the name of the person who placed the order, a contact number, the order number, and the date of order placed. You will receive confirmation once the cancellation has been processed.

SEMINARS

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available up to 30 days prior to a scheduled seminar date. No refunds are given within 30 days of a seminar; however, delegate substitution is permitted.
